Agility Training

Agility TrainingCoach Shabazz uses innovative resistance training techniques to maximize agility training by using resistance harnesses in lateral quickness drills. Most coaches who conduct agility training typically use cones, speed ladders, etc. However, most DO NOT include the resistance component, which forces the muscles to work even harder to change direction. The muscles in the lower legs (tibialis, calves, and Achilles tendons) are essential in developing lateral quickness, so the resistance component strengthens those muscles and tendons aggressively and creates even greater quickness gains!
